Currently Hiring: Credit analyst

​

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the founding partner and senior advisors on analysing potential real estate debt and special situations investment opportunities in the Nordics.

• Support the team by performing credit underwriting, market research, working on due diligence, financial modelling, shadow rating, documentation and other closing matters and contributing to the preparation of investment committee papers.

• Support and contribute to the business development of the company.

• Assist in the operational matters of company, including financial reporting, IT, and board papers.

• Support the recruitment and training of the team.

The candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications will ideally include:

• Relevant finance, economics or legal degree from a top academic institution.

• Previous work experience most likely gained through experience in a similar role within a lending bank / M&A department / private equity firm / real estate transaction services team / law firm or property company.

• Demonstrated analytical and financial modelling skills.

• Good attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and use own initiative to solve problems.

• Fluency in English and Nordic languages.

• While above is a prerequisite, we are looking for unique individuals with genuine drive and passion, thus merits in non-academic and non-professional fields are highly valued.
